Many methods exist to help people manage, and even reduce, the effects of autism. It's important to remember that one form of treatment may not provide the same level of effectiveness for every person. Sometimes it take a period of trial-and-error before someone finds the treatment plan that works best for their lifestyle. Ongoing research has allowed us to examine new therapies and test their effectiveness in community settings. We explore a number of intervention types that each take a different approach to solving the same problem, improving the standard of life for people with autism.
